Week 37!!!

So here we are at week 37. Officially full term!! Caleb isn't moving in big punches anymore as he has ran out of room. March 16th is getting closer but we have a feeling that he is not going to wait that long. Allison will be going part-time on Wednesday but she is already full-time nesting. Every weekend she has amazed me with all kinds of fun projects:)

Georgia At the Beach!!

Georgia at the beach!! Today I took Georgia out to the beach so she could run out some of her energy. She wasn't too sure about the water at first but then got used to it.

Thank you

I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you so much for the wonderful gifts that we have received for Caleb over the last couple of months. We are blessed to be able to say that we have everything that we need and then some. Thank you also for the family members that have passed on things or made things especially for Caleb. We have things now that I used as a baby and even things that my dad used as a baby. It will be special to continue to add memories to these priceless items that already have such great memories. Many of you have made sacrifices to give so that Allison and I would not have to make those sacrifices. This not only has meant so much to the both of us but has also lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders. In the midst of all of our busy lives and distance apart from each other, it's great to see that we still can stop and celebrate a new life together. Allison and I are so excited to be able to share this time with each of you and can't wait to introduce you to Caleb!

Fun Times!

Well as many of you know, this week has been a little stressful for Allison and I. As we have been eager to meet our little guy, the government has been eager to send Allison on another trip to Iraq. While we appreciate the offer to go site seeing overseas this is not exactly the way or time that we would like it. We are submitting all of the paperwork to them and praying that they will exempt her from deployment. We will keep everyone updated when we find out their decision. This has obviously been a little difficult to deal with when all we want to do right now is celebrate the upcoming birth of Caleb. We would greatly appreciate your prayers for this to all work out. More than anything though, please pray for Allison to have strength during all of this. I just don't want her to have to miss out on any of the joy that surrounds our little guy.

So Georgia was jealous about all of this work around the house for Caleb and really upset that we did not have her on our family page. So here she is wearing her nice little jacket. Even in Florida it gets cold!

A couple of pictures of our nursery!

Here are a couple pictures from Caleb's room! I refinished the chair to match the rest of the nursery. One of the many fun projects to get ready for our little one.
