This is the only way I can describe my little guy's movements lately. I know that all first time mothers probably wonder just what is he/she doing in there but the answer is easy....MOVING and SHAKING!!! I know I might complain, very rarely, when he moves so big only because sometimes it doesn't feel so great but I secretly LOVE LOVE LOVE that he moves so much because that just shows me that my little guy is strong and growing just the way he should be. And at this point, nothing could make me happier.
I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and Chris and I are beginning to transition our thoughts away from the pregnancy and onto the actual baby/birth itself. Which is absolutely terrifying. I mean, I just got used to being pregnant and now I have to prepare for him to be here. The doctor has suggested that in the next 2 or so weeks I go ahead and begin packing the hospital bag. Not all at once, mind you, but still add a few things when they cross our minds so we are not at the hospital with something we could really be using...like say a nursing cami or music or whatever we need to pack. Haven't researched that yet....baby steps.
Speaking of baby steps.....Chris has been sweet enough to add little touches to the nursery every weekend. I think he does the small additions as opposed to all at once because he knows I would absolutely FREAK OUT and then would come the water works!! I am doing better, though. It helps being around little babies and holding them and what not because I go home thinking of nothing but having my little guy in my arms!
Anywho....we haven't done any recent "belly" pics but as soon as we do, you know they will be posted.
